We promote a model of continuous improvement based on quality and faithful to the values that underpin our activity in the service of tourism and the country.<\/strong><\/p>

MISSION<\/strong><\/p>

We exist to offer accommodation and restaurant services, carrying on the legacy of quality hospitality with a warm, personal and family-oriented approach, one of the distinctive features that define the most authentic Costa Brava.<\/p>

We continue the legacy of our founders, Mr Jordi Comas and Mrs Carme Hospital, which infuses our services with the luxury of the little things: closeness, feeling at home, enjoying contemporary, distinctive and comfortable spaces, in a calm and serene atmosphere from which to experience new and memorable moments.<\/p>

We have a feminine spirit. The owner, Mrs Carme Hospital, is an entrepreneur who, more than 60 years ago, launched one of the most ambitious and innovative projects on the Costa Brava, committing to a profound transformation of its establishments. She also represents the role of women in tourism and is an example for all women in the sector.<\/p>

VISION<\/strong><\/p>

We are strengthening the pillars of quality by working according to a methodical and well-organised management and operational approach, while remaining innovative and following the latest trends in the hospitality industry.<\/p>

Our services are also shaped by the methodology and driving force for change offered by the philosophy of continuous improvement, enabling us to remain competitive in a global, uncertain and constantly changing world.<\/p>

Our continuous improvement model, based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, provides us with a series of management and measurement mechanisms to ensure that quality requirements are met at all times, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.<\/p>

VALUES<\/strong><\/p>

We want to continue being a benchmark for the hospitality industry in our country, guided by the values that define us: experience, service, commitment and a sense of belonging. These values also include sustainability, hospitality and the promotion of local products.<\/p>

For our customers<\/strong>, we offer loyalty, satisfaction, recognition and our full commitment to exceeding their expectations.<\/p>

For our employees<\/strong>, we also offer loyalty, in-house training and personal and professional growth. At the same time, we expect an empathetic, service-oriented attitude. We ask them to maintain a 360\u00b0 perspective in order to provide the highest quality in our services and customer care.<\/p>

For our partners and collaborators<\/strong>, we offer continuous communication and welcome their proposals openly. We work with maximum transparency and an efficiency-oriented approach, while complying with and ensuring compliance with the agreed processes and conditions.<\/p>

We make our decisions objectively, based on data and evidence. At the same time, we expect a high-quality, agile, diligent and professional service, as well as innovative, high-quality products suited to our needs and consistent with the standards of service offered by our hotels and restaurants. We also expect service prices to reflect both quality and the competitive environment, with the aim of building a relationship based on trust and loyalty.<\/p>

With regard to sustainability<\/strong>, we work to achieve maximum energy efficiency, reduce our environmental impact and contribute to the fight against climate change, an issue that is particularly important to us. Every day, we strive to offer our customers a pleasant, healthy and well-maintained environment that is as natural as possible.<\/p>

We aim to have a positive impact on society<\/strong> by promoting a locally sourced gastronomic offering.<\/p>

We share our experience in the tourism industry with the wider tourism sector and society as a whole through the Fundaci\u00f3 Jordi Comas Matamala. The Foundation, chaired by Mrs Carme Hospital, preserves the memory of her husband and carries forward his legacy. Its main purpose is to foster thought and dialogue around tourism through the various activities it organises each year.<\/p>
